First, let me clear my good name and say that I wasn't too certain what is meant by the "Vision" rating; so if the rating upsets you, my ignorance is probably to blame. X3
Okay, down to business, and please note that I merely state my opinions and suggestions and intend no offense:
Proportionally, you have it spot on except perhaps where the hooves are concerned, which look just a tad too large. I would advise shrinking the hooves slightly, and perhaps altering the shape to be more triangular and a tad less rounded, so the feet are proportional to the long pasterns and cannons. Here's a diagram of a horse's foot that may help with this: [link]
Regarding specifically the attributes of the Kiger mustang, the line of the spine is straight (kudos!), and the slope of the hindquarters and curve of the withers and neck are excellent. I would advise (using this image of a Kiger mustang and this labeled diagram of a horse for reference) a higher line between the hip and dock before curving down for the buttocks. The chest I would suggest make slightly less barrel, at least for this particular angle. The belly is perfect, and the musculature lines and shading are quite splendid. I would suggest refining the muzzle and adding the chin, and perhaps tilting the pointed tip of the nostril slightly higher so that it points toward the top of the muzzle instead.
Hope this helps! Critique aside, I think this is a wonderful rendering of Spirit!
